Connect
The first of our 3 pursuits is "Connect!" We desire to help everyone single person to connect to God in a personal relationship! Making this connection with God doesn't happen the same way or in the same time frame for everyone! For many, it's a process that develops over time until they come to the conviction that Jesus Christ is Lord and they chose to follow him. For others, this connection is made more quickly. Whether slow or speedy, our desire is the same! We want to help everyone connect to God! We strive to help people make this connection by:
Worship:
We try to have the best weekly worship services that we can possibly have! Worship services that not only lead believers in worship and growth, but also inspire those that have perhaps been away from church for a while to come back again. We want our worship services to connect with that person who has never been in church before, so much that they walk away saying “I’d do that again!” These types of worship services includes dynamic praise and Worship, along with Bible-based and Christ centered teaching.
Starting Point:
What is Starting Point?
Starting Point is a conversational environment where people can explore faith and experience community. Starting Point groups are a safe place for people with questions about faith, as well as those who want to learn about the Bible and Christianity. Groups meet for about 10 weeks and together explore the grand story of the Bible. One of the goals of Starting Point is to help participants find their places in the story. Starting Point groups meet on Sunday mornings at 9:30am and last for about 1 hour.
Who is it for?
Seekers - those who are curious about God, Jesus, the Bible, or Christianity
Starters - those who have just begun a relationship with Jesus Christ
Returners - those who have some church experience, but have been away for a while |
